Catalina

Catalina is studying law in France. She's Colombian and her request to extend her stay has just been turned down. Writing an interesting paper might help. Catalina goes to Sarajevo to search for a topic in the materials of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. But when she gets there, she sees it's not going to work out because she hasn't been given permission to access the archive. Nada, a local interpreter, offers a helping hand, inviting Catalina to stay with her in Sarajevo. A friendship starts to develop. (Warsaw Film Festival)
