L'ombra della sposa

During World War 2, the last few moments in the life of a group of soldiers in the depths of the Mediterranean Sea are spent together with their last thoughts. While sinking inexorably in that cruel and bewitching sea, love echoes through the letters a soldier writes to his wife. We can still hear the crying rising from the sea today.
