In a dumpster in Beverly Hills, Basie Banks finds Hitch, a genie who only needs to reclaim his magic bottle to grant three wishes. Striking a deal, Basie agrres to help Hitch steal his bottle back, if the genie will help him get the girl of his dreams. Together, with a half-cocked Vietnam vet as their sidekick and the Beverly Hills police department on their trail, they set oy on an adventure. (Verleiher-Text)
