Residue

Residue is a fairly standard example of what Netflix has been producing lately. It's a genre film featuring a familiar actor's face – or even more than one – that isn't entirely unknown. There's an attempt at conveying some message; it's not entirely devoid of meaning, but because of this, it starts to falter, and it might not work genre-wise at all. The script is not necessarily clever and ultimately disappoints. (06.07.2017)
