Eine friedliche Kleinstadt wird von einer Reihe willkürlicher, blutiger Morde erschüttert und das obwohl der brutale Serienkiller Bale bereits gefasst wurde. Detective Williams, der die Fälle untersucht, findet Unglaubliches heraus: Die Morde stehen alle im Zusammenhang mit Sorgenpüppchen aus Guatemala, die einst dem Serienmörder Bale gehörten. I won't claim that the movie is unique in its plot, but there is a certain level of tension present, and above all, I liked how it took a gritty path, not just in terms of bloodshed, but also in how the child character is portrayed. The girl is really scary in places and one look at her is enough to send chills down your spine. The Devil's Dolls is not a great movie, but I found it at least average, even a little better.
