A racing driver (Ronald Lewis) is injured in a car accident on his honeymoon which leaves him mentally scarred, and with violent impulses towards his new bride (Diane Cilento). Another beautiful example of how great Hammer studio was in these small, inconspicuous films. Excellent characters, excellent plot, which is true, a bit drawn out and true, ending a bit standardly, but it doesn't change the fact that you are constantly in tension, constantly in anticipation and you are groping just like the main hero.
