When the father of severely autistic Andrej asked for special facilities for children with this developmental learning disability to be built in Slovakia, they told him to build it himself. So he did. For seven years, Slovak director Jaro Vojtek filmed the efforts, and those of other parents learning to live their own children on various levels of the autism spectrum. Milan, an experienced hiker and tram expert, suffers from atypical autism. Jakub was diagnosed with infantile autism. What are their daily lives like? (One World)
