Es beginnt mit einem romantischen Wochenende in Italien: Bauamtsleiter Otto Schlegel ist mit seiner heimlichen Geliebten Renate für ein paar Tage in den Süden gefahren, wo er prompt einen Strafzettel wegen Falschparkens bekommt. Eigentlich kein großes Problem, aber dummerweise hat Schlegel, für gewöhnlich ein moralisch integrer Mann, seinen Dienstwagen für die private Liebesreise genutzt. Und so landet bald ein Strafbescheid aus Italien auf seinem Schreibtisch. (ARD)
