Englisch Before I started watching this movie, I had to laugh at the posters of movie adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ work. The inventiveness is technically nonexistent since the very first movie. The posters show either an embracing couple or a couple staring at one another. And their hair is touching to create a sense of romance. The background is usually an endless sandy beach. As far as the movies go, they don’t come up with anything new. But the arc with Alan Alda was very nice. He’s an ace of an actor and he brings so much into his character. Even the storytelling was much more interesting than the one with Eastwood. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t care about Eastwood as an actor. It’s just that he’s completely lucked out against Alan Alda whom I saw as the main character of the entire movie. ()

Englisch Nicholas Sparks probably won't surprise anyone, just like the creators who adapt his books. But you can't deny that they're charming and can capture the audience's attention, especially the attention of female viewers. So far, Scott Eastwood is still just a pretty face, and we'll see if he becomes something more. It was kind of nice to see Alan Alda again. ()
