20 Jahre nachdem die Nazis vom Mond aus einen Nuklearkrieg begannen, ist die Erde unbewohnbar geworden. Seitdem formieren sich die Überlebenden zu einer großen Kolonie auf der ehemaligen Mondbasis der Braunhemden. Doch der Trabant droht auseinanderzubrechen. Die einzig verbleibende Möglichkeit für Wissenschaftlerin Obi Washington (Lara Rossi): Flucht ins Erdinnere. Auf ihrer Mission zu einer dort verborgenen Stadt trifft die Tochter von Renate Richter (Julia Dietze) und James Washington aber keineswegs auf standhafte Verbündete. Stattdessen begegnet sie einer prähumanen Dinosaurierwelt und früheren Weltherrschern, die sich unter ihrer menschlichen Maske nur versteckt gehalten haben. Seit Jahrhunderten kontrollieren die „Vril“ die irdischen Staatsregierungen mit dem Ziel, die Vorherrschaft ihrer reptilen Rasse über die Menschen zu erringen. Ein Wettrennen um die Zukunft beginnt.
