If you like bodybuilding, it's probably pretty obvious that this will interest you. Otherwise, it's a look at men who are trying for something in their lives and may never achieve it. I understand their efforts, but I kind of wonder what these guys are doing at age 60 or 70, unless they're Arnold or Lou.
