The movie centers around Spanish priest Pablo Dominguez, 42, who died in Spain while climbing a mountain. He knew that he was going to die young and he wanted to die on a mountain. An interesting perspective of man and faith. Right from the beginning, a rather sad reality is mentioned, which shapes the entire perspective of the film, and even though you know where it's heading, you feel sorry about it. Faith isn't a bad thing; fanaticism is. Thinking about faith is meritorious, though I still think people can be helped without the Bible and Christianity or any other religion.
