It's not bad for a romance based on a true story, but it could be even better. At times, it's just aimless and only meant to evoke emotions. Some characters are unnecessary and only serve one purpose before disappearing from the screen or simply strolling around to fill the space. I'm not a big fan of these saccharine fairy tales.
