Gerry’s father Francis is visiting Xavier Academy. While he is sitting in on a class, Gerry’s authority is challenged as David is insubordinate and refuses to follow his instructions. Gerry is mortified as Francis intervenes and physically removes David from the class, but after they discuss the altercation Gerry decides his father may have a point. Gerry takes Francis’ advice and the next day, keeps David after class where he threatens him without any witnesses. It’s Gerry’s word against David’s as the matter is taken to Callaghan’s office. Simon, meanwhile, has run away from home to escape his overly protective mother, seeking refuge with Bill who shows him the time of his life eating pizza straight out of the box and playing laser tag in the backyard. Back at Xavier, Malik is upset to find that Trudy has discovered another detail of his mysterious past. (CBC Television)
