If you put this on before the Korean series, you win; if you don't, even then it isn’t too annoying. I enjoyed it, though not as much as You're Beautiful, but that's probably because I saw it first. Very nice soundtrack. The story, though shorter compared to the Korean version, goes by quicker, there aren't as many parts that you want to skip. The wimpy guy wasn’t as obnoxious. But what the hell was going on in that first episode with the kids? I mean for the love, why do the Japanese have to stuff those brats everywhere?! And the ending... some things I didn't like, some things were fine. I feel like the singer in this one sang better than her Korean counterpart. A better 3 stars, both in general and for the Japanese touch to this story (well, except for the kids, ugh; nothing against the little bastards).
