The Maker

Eine Kreatur, die den Stop-Motion-Filmen von Švankmajer und Burton entsprungen zu sein scheint, erschafft zu einer ausdrucksstarken und eindringlichen Musik ein anderes Wesen nach ihrem Ebenbild, und man ahnt irgendwie, wohin das führt. Doch dann kommt die letzte Pointe und man starrt mit offenem Mund vor sich hin. (14.05.2020)

This animation is simply beautiful and the visual aspect of the entire work is wonderful. That's the main thing that will captivate you. To make it even more interesting, it would need a more complex point, but well, I'll be satisfied with this. For those few minutes, it's quite enough. (19.08.2014)
