Englisch What was the bard really trying to say with this? That we should break down the walls that surround us and pat ourselves on the back? To be tolerant of homosexuality? That green is good? The bad thing about this series is that it didn't really grab me until the last episode, and then only for a little bit. Otherwise, I kind of watched it, enjoyed the nice ending, and kept wondering what it was all about and why I disliked Shion so much. The storyline with the mother was unnecessary, likewise the one with Safu. Actually, even though it looks connected and coherent at first glance, I thought it had a bunch of holes and flaws (How did that utopian city work? Where did they get their food? Why did they have to kill so many people anyway? Why the hell did the animals understand what the humans were telling them? :-D). It’s a shame. I was curious, but in the end I wasn't impressed. ()
