Jung, weiblich, rechtsradikal. Marisa ist Teil einer Jugendclique der rechtsextremen Szene in einer ostdeutschen Kleinstadt. Auf ihrer Schulter hat sie "Skingirl" tätowiert, vorne ein Hakenkreuz. Marisa schlägt zu, wenn ihr jemand dumm kommt. Sie hasst Ausländer, Politiker, den Kapitalismus und die Polizei. In Marisas Augen sind sie alle schuld. Sie sind schuld daran, dass ihr Freund im Knast sitzt und alles um sie herum den Bach runtergeht: ihr Leben, ihre Stadt, das Land und die ganze Welt. In diesem Sommer wird sich alles ändern. Erst bekommt Marisa Konkurrenz von der 15-jährigen Svenja, die neu in der Clique ist und Marisa gehörig auf die Nerven geht. Dann gerät sie mit zwei jungen Asylbewerbern aneinander, die in der Provinz gestrandet sind. Der Streit eskaliert, Marisa ist nicht zu bremsen. Damit löst sie eine Kette von Ereignissen aus, die alles auf den Kopf stellt. Während Svenja immer tiefer in die rechte Szene rutscht, gerät Marisas Weltbild ins Wanken. Sie beginnt sich zu verändern, doch der Weg heraus aus der Szene wird härter, als sie ahnt. (ZDF)

A small trip to the Nazis on the West of our borders. I was really freaked out by the thoughts that even a child can have and how much pain it can cause with its revolt. Some moments were really uncomfortable to watch, which was the intention. Just a pity that the main character, the Combat Girl, did not get more space to express herself and explain her approach to life. Still, I have to bow down before the Germans, who are trying to atone for their past through cinematography. It is difficult, it is still a long journey and still they will never get rid of it. Nevertheless, at least they are talking about it… and that is also important.

It pretends to be very realistic and something that could actually happen, that it's a strong story, but the story seemed quite dull to me, and I couldn't empathize with the heroes at all. I thought at least the relationship between the "heroine" and the fugitive would be interesting, but it wasn't.
