Es ist ein nettes kleines Häppchen, und es ist eine großartige Idee, das ganze Jahr anhand einzelner Daten aus dem Kalender nachzuverfolgen. Fans von James Gordon werden nicht begeistert sein, ich habe ein kleines Problem mit dieser Version von Catwoman (sie ist nicht sexy und bisher zu dumm). Wenn Sie jedoch immer noch Lust auf einen Batman-Origin haben, sollten Ihre Wahl unbedingt auf diesen Film fallen.

Bruce Wayne returns to familiar places, Jim Gordon starts a new job, and both of them already suspect that the next year of their lives will be anything but easy. The original showed Gotham as a city of filth, corruption, and mafia, and unlike later Batman adventures, it completely did without the supernatural, uber-powerful enemies, or disfigured villains. Year One operates purely on the level of a crime drama, and its animated adaptation even surpasses its source material. In the comic, despite Frank Miller's otherwise illustrious storytelling, the plot sometimes got lost between the individual dialogue and monologues, whereas the hour-long film creates a much more cohesive impression and allows the unfriendly city to truly get to the heroes.
