Gekijouban Trigun: Badlands Rumble

It doesn't lay it on too thick, Vash doesn't go crazy at any cost, but only when it's convenient, and the play at a Western doesn't have to drown in sci-fi settings. Although it still addresses stuff like the Plants, at its core it's a one-off cowboy adventure that the authors could turn their full attention to without having to write it as the obligatory filler that kept putting me to sleep in the series. And it's just a shame that Ameria only appears in the movie. This type of female character was actually quite missing in the original Trigun. (05.05.2012)
