Hofshat Kaits

This modern interpretation of the story of Abraham and Isaac traces the struggles of one Israeli family. With a rigid adherence to religious tenants, a rabbi, his wife and young son lead a life completely devoted to God. As they embark upon their journey to the Dead Sea, a sudden tragedy forces the rabbi to re-evaluate his strict religious beliefs against the wellbeing of his family. (Verleiher-Text)
