Englisch Let no one be offended (or actually, they might as well be), but this was a very awkward affair. Apart from the scene with the letter from Delphi, I didn't actually laugh even once. The rip-off of The Life of Brian (What have the Romans ever done for us?) was the biggest, but certainly not the most pleasant surprise. The vast majority of the play reminded me of what a certain "entertainer" Petr Novotný once passed off as humor in his shows, and also of what makes me dislike Zdeněk Troška. In short, primitive entertainment with jokes as underhandedly simple as possible, so that even the most narrow-minded viewer will find something to enjoy. I mustn't forget the first-rate "pub folk" vulgarisms, which should have gone out of fashion before they ever came into fashion. Yes, it is true that Dívčí válka is a play that is still relevant today. So why is that? The fact that it's so much like today's poor entertainment. If this is Ringo's most successful effort, I'm really, really afraid of the others. This hurt to watch. ()

Englisch An extravaganza with a little too much primping and goofing around for my taste, but there are good jokes too (especially the Morricone scene ). I am a fan of the Jara Cimrman Theater and as such my standards are enormous -) ()
