Großmutter Winfield (Marina Sirtis) ist vertraut mit Flüchen und Hexenkünsten. Da sich eine Werwolfsippe in ihrem kleinen amerikanischen Ort gnadenlos auszubreiten droht, sieht sie nur eine Möglichkeit alle zu retten: Sie verwandelt ihre Enkelin Samantha (Bianca A. Santos) in eine mörderische Untote, in Little Dead Rotting Hood. Zusammen mit Sheriff Adam (Eric Balfour) macht diese sich auf, die Werwolfbrut zu vernichten. (Edel)

Little Dead Rotting Hood is not a great movie and I'm sure most people who watch it won't like it. However, I quite liked how the creators used a classic fairy tale, which is preserved here, in a slightly bizarre, albeit simple story about chasing wolves through the forest with a supposedly surprising twist. But of course, it's still mainly a B-movie, which I don't consider a total flop, but rather a light underperformance due to mediocre special effects.
