In den Slums einer amerikanischen Industriestadt lebt der junge Rowdie Rusty James im Schatten seines Bruders, des Motorcycle Boy. Der war bis zu seinem Verschwinden vor zwei Monaten der geachtete Anführer einer Straßengang. Bevor er verschwand, hatte er einen Waffenstillstand zwischen den Gangs ausgehandelt. Als Rusty diesen bricht, taucht der Motorrad-Typ wieder auf. Rustys Leben verändert sich in der Folge drastisch, doch sein Bruder bewahrt ihn vor dem endgültigen Absturz. (Kabel eins classics)
