When the fishing and natural ecosystem of the Repparfjord in northern Norway is threatened by mining activities, Sámi pop artist Ella Marie Hætta Isaksen shifts her focus to stopping mining activities through direct action. Rather than just protesting from the stage, she joins forces with the Norwegian environmentalist organisations and uses her influence to advocate for environmental activism. Her activism leads Ella to reflect on her Sámi identity, as she feels torn between her life in Oslo and her connection to her roots in the north. (Bergen International Film Festival)
