Rómeó Baradlay Jr., teacher of math's and physics, shortly before the final exams, becomes the headmaster of the ill-famed class in the last term, consequently of Tímea, the young Hungarian champion of fencing, who is about to fail in math's and whom Romeó falls in love with entirely. The pupils soon discover Professor Albeit's hidden feelings and they clumsily pull his leg by a letter written in Tímea's name, who is about to go abroad - without having a passport. He is arrasted at the border station but his colleagues rescue him from the jail, yet Rómeó escapes from them and becomes a homeless person. The great flight ends up in a big garbage container in the yard of the same supermarket where one of the cashiers is Timea's mother. Rómeó and the woman soon get married, Timea gets a father and makes it to the Olympics. (Verleiher-Text)
