While in the first two parts, the ecological and forestry messages are significantly harmful and only the main character's diligent frolicking remains, here a slightly more serious tone is played and thanks to Holý's mature performance (which crushes all the actors around), this is the best part of the trilogy.

The hero of Equilibrium managed to improve his acting expression even further, and whenever he hesitated or became furious, a shiver ran down my spine. But the main hero here is Christopher Nolan and the team of screenwriters who managed to create precisely the atmosphere that the first episode of a comic book series should have. An exhilarating 90% and a final wink with the promise of the unexpected...

An old-fashioned story about the birth of a hero with all the necessary superhuman attributes. There's Lois as the love interest, there's Jimmy as the sidekick, and there's Lex as the perpetually smiling devil. Donner was never this stylish. The final flight against time is unforgettable and Brand's voiceover is exhilarating.

Coen brothers let Hanks and Co. scream, run around, act weird, and perform various antics for so long that the viewer doesn't care anymore whether their plan succeeds in the end. Moreover, the ending is so desperately predictable that not even several malicious screenwriting ideas can help it. Placing this particular film between Intolerable Cruelty and No Country for Old Men in their biography is literally a sin.

When bizarre supporting characters flood Clooney's narcissistic quotes and Zeta's incredibly gorgeous creature, not only is entertainment provided, but also a gem. Divorces, assets, or legal tricks are a part of calm black comedy, but true love is the very ingredient that makes Krutost (Cruelty) my beloved film. A royal spectacle.

Pleasant adventure that gradually got out of control in the following parts, reaching strongly grand dimensions. Although Lucas relies more on humor and details in the first half rather than on the narrative pace, it is still not very difficult to engage in his game. However, the main part of my admiration lies in the fact that he earned the right to shoot this exactly in 1977. A space fairytale with a wise old man, naive boy, mischievous smuggler, beautiful princess, chatty android, beeping tin can, and most of all, with the best villain in the universe. The most modest installment in the series is ultimately the weakest after years, but despite the noticeable flaws, it still has a huge dose of nostalgia. 70%

I don't particularly like purely sports movies, but in a lighthearted genre, this hockey one is quite nice even in random reruns. Although I no longer root for the Anaheim Ducks, Emilio Estevez is a nice guy, and my favorite Joshua Jackson will also appear in his first proper role.

Kubrick behind the concept, Spielberg the creator, and in the end, a beautiful film full of naive searching, simple and human thoughts, breathtaking performances by Osment and Law, and a conclusion that can mentally overwhelm. I admire this film for being able to combine traditional Spielbergian family values with a fascinating vision of the future, a plethora of technical gadgets, and many intellectual stimuli.

For me, the all-time favorite Disney series that probably sparked my later love for fantasy. Underground corridors, precisely divided characters of the Gummi Bears, the brilliant Ignor and Stoupa, the horde of Tumblers, catapults, castles, Klara, hops drink, and above all the Gummi Bear Book, which always fascinated me because it practically had everything in it. It's such a shame that I have never seen the later series that, according to the pictures, promised an even more intricately intertwined story than "Zničíme hrad" (We Will Destroy the Castle).

Very violently instructive (owl, rabbit, Christopher), very clumsily funny (Pooh), and only thanks to two characters with occasional solid performance. Perpetually excited Tiger and especially the brilliant Eeyore thought that I used to watch this mess quite often. The screenwriters lacked courage. Occasionally, they dared to have a more interesting plot than usual, but it usually ended either so innocently that it destroyed the whole episode or so strangely (in the style of events in the book source) that similar ones could no longer pass at Disney.
