Nipper Knapp comes from a strong background in the theater. After receiving a degree in Theater from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Nipper moved to New York City and became the Founder and Artistic Director of the Trueblood Theater Ensemble. With Trueblood, Nipper produced, directed and acted in several world premiere plays that were developed by the company. He also worked with several other prominent theater groups in New York, including Ensemble Studio Theater, Malaparte, HB Playwright's Foundation, New Dramatist's and the Workhouse Theater. Since making his home in Los Angeles, Nipper has appeared in commercials, episodic television, and film. Most recently, Nipper has been on the series BOSTON PUBLIC and in the features PSYCHO BEACH PARTY, BUYING THE COW (with Jerry O'Connell, Ryan Reynolds, and Bridgette Wilson) and KNIGHT CLUB (with Lou Diamond Phillips).
