John Zerzan

An American anarchistic philosopher and historian with Czech roots (his great-grandparents were born in Moravia). He represents anarchoprimitivism and "post-leftish" anarchism, which refuses association of anarchism with the traditional political left wing. He criticizes agriculture and domestication, as well as the roots of violent and exploitive society and calls for a return to a hunting and gathering society. Zerzan became known in the media as a confidant of the terrorist Theodor Kaczynski (Unabomber). He is the author of many publications and appears in numerous documentaries.
