ROB RIGGLE grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, where he attended Shawnee Mission South high school and, later, the University of Kansas, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Film. He served in the United States Marine Corps immediately following college before beginning his comedy career. While serving in the Marine Corps on active duty Rob earned his Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Rob has appeared in an array of popular TV programs and major films. He has been a cast member of “Saturday Night Live” and a correspondent on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” and has appeared on “The Office,” “Arrested Development,” “American Dad,” “Gary Unmarried,” and HBO's “Funny or Die.” Rob had his own stand up special on Comedy Central. His film credits include TALLADEGA NIGHTS, STEP BROTHERS, THE GOODS, and THE HANGOVER. Rob was also seen in THE OTHER GUYS.
Rob is still in the Marine Corps Reserves today and is a Lt. Colonel, having formerly served in Liberia, Kosovo and Afghanistan.
