Adriana Martins da Silva

She initially studied filmmaking at the London Film Academy and afterwards in Instituto Restart in Lisbon. Her work is based on “the feminine” and on the exploration of the emotional boundaries of human relationships. The smell of candles is her graduation film and was distinguished with the first fiction prize of the 3rd FARCUME and Best Portuguese Short Film at the 11th FIKE.
