Biografie

Sarah Scott appeared in the 2009 season of HBO's hit series "True Blood," starring Anna Paquin, and as the younger version of Joely Richardson on the FX series "Nip/Tuck." In previous seasons she has guest starred on "CSI: NY" as a sassy hip/hop dancer 'Shanya' and on "Medium," "Days of Our Lives," "Smith" and "Arrested Development."
Sarah started as one of the original dancing silhouettes in the iconic iPod print campaign; she was the hot pink one! She has enjoyed working on music videos for Natalie Imbruglia, N.E.R.D. and The Sugar Hill Gang; and alongside some of the industries top choreographers such as Mia Michaels and Marguerite Derreks. When the producers of the hit show "Arrested Development" saw her at an audition they thought she resembled Judy Greer enough to create a spoof of her character 'Kitty' for two episodes during the shows run. With moxie and manners, Sarah gracefully adapts her style of storytelling to whatever medium has her attention in the moment.
Her start began onstage in New York with companies such as The Pulse Ensemble and Vaso de Leche, simultaneously earning a degree in Communications and Dance from NYU. She was accepted to study Shakespeare for a year in London at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and has been described as 'The Renaissance Painting Goes for a Wild Night on the Town'. Her most recent theatre project was playing 'Nintendo 64' in the original cast of David Largman Murray's dark sci-fi comedy, Robots vs. Fake Robots. Scott can be seen in a number of well received indie's including The Last Hurrah, a recent winner at Dances With Films 2009, The Devil's Muse, and Justin Lin's Finishing the Game, which premiered at Sundance in 2007. Sarah is a world traveler and enjoys riding bikes, practicing yoga, and volunteering as a Book Pal where she reads stories aloud to children. She resides in Venice Beach with her family.
