Although Desi Green was an Air Force Brat, who spent time on both coasts and overseas, she attended the University of Southern California, where she was a Cinema-Television major in the Critical Studies department. While at USC, she realized that her interests were in producing. Upon graduation, she decided to pursue her law degree in order to practice entertainment law. She graduated from Western State University College of Law in May 2006 and will sit for the bar exam in February 2007. Her lifelong dream was also made a reality last year when she and Moni Boyce started their production company, Greenthumb Productions. "The Pretty Boy Project" was her first stint as a producer, with the dramatic feature "A House Divided".
