Hugh Welchman

Hugh Welchman holds a degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University. He also later studied Film Production at the National Film & Television School in London. At the beginning of his career, he produced several short films for Monty Python, and soon thereafter established his own company, BreakThru Films.
