Ariana Rivoire

Ariana Rivoire is a young resident of the National Institute for Deaf Youth of Chambéry, in France. When touring similar institutes looking to cast the lead role in Marie's Story, director Jean-Pierre Améris spotted her during lunchtime, since she had forgotten to sign up for an audition. He chose her on the spot. She hopes Marie's Story will help create a better understanding of the deaf and the deaf-mute.
