Nheengatu

During a trip up the Rio Negro, in the Amazon forest, the director looks for a language imposed on the indigenous people by the Portuguese colonizers. Through this mixed language, Nheengatu, and with additional footage from the local population, the film is constructed at the meeting of two worlds. (Cinéma du Parc)
