This is simply weak. There are hints here and there that there could be truly interesting, sexy scenes, perhaps the most interesting one being with acupuncture, because that's something you don't expect, but otherwise, it's weak and actually not sensual or sexy at all. Sylvia Kristel is a beautiful woman, she was, in her own way, but her Emmanuelle is simply boring.
