Howling IV: The Original Nightmare is definitely the weakest episode in the whole series so far, in all respects. We've gotten used to the fact that it may not be groundbreaking in terms of plot, but the minimal amount of special effects scenes and some of the masks seeming more obligatory than a genuine effort to show anything stood out to me as a bit too much. A werewolf movie with basically no werewolves and also no good ideas.
