During the 1970s, when kids in their early teens were referred to as "low-teens", youth crimes were serious social issue in Japan. "Dangerous Games" focuses on the disturbing and riotous life styles of junior high school girls. As the White Rose Junior High School for Girls, located in the Keikyu district, prepared for their annual school festival, four notorious delinquents were assigned to lead the student committee. Hanako (Rumi Goto) was the alpha of the clique. Left with the responsibility to gather money to finance the festival, the girls scramble for money using manipulative and illegal tactics. (Nikkatsu)
