Frank Olsen is a solitary hunter living in a mountain cabin that has been in his family for hundreds of years. One snowy morning, while carrying his game buck back to his cabin, he makes an unexpected discovery. The peace on the mountain is disturbed, and nothing will ever be the same again. Beautifully told in a woodsy peak in winter – with terse dialog and powerful visuals – Hunting Lands is a thrilling meditation on people’s attempts at renouncing life.
