There were many legends about grandma Serafima's treasure. The old woman kept a huge trunk said to be full of untold riches in her bedroom. One day Sashka, the young son of Serafima's neighbour, decided to find out what was in the trunk. The treasure turned out to be very strange indeed - numerous small boxes containing rings, with a different year written on each lid, starting with 1941. It was no accident that brought Sashka to Serafima's house - his family's tragedy was closely connected with the old woman's destiny. (Star Media)
