Halloween in Gotham City: Scarecrow, Clayface, Silver Banshee und Solomon Grundy begeben sich - im Auftrag des Jokers - auf Verbrechertour. Sie haben ein neues Computer-Virus entwickelt, das alle technischen Geräte der Stadt mit "digitalem Gelächter" lahmlegt. Doch die fiese Bande hat die Rechnung ohne Batman gemacht. I don't like the animation, I don't like the story, and I especially don't like how the Batman world expands without the unbiased fan being able to understand why the characters are constantly changing, etc. What's even worse is that the characters are always the same, they just look slightly different. There are no original ideas here, and if there are, they are not fully developed.
