This is a fairly standard action movie that mainly benefits from being cheap and from an attempt to make some kind of point that apparently has to stun the viewer into their seat. That doesn't really happen, and the face of the main actor, who is really trying, doesn't help either. But it's not that bad, you just can't expect anything from it.
