A classic film where the word "hooligan" appears in the title, which is indeed quite popular in Great Britain. It’s just a crime drama with tough characters, but the advantage of this piece is that it's at least a bit gritty. Otherwise, it doesn't have a chance to really grab you with anything; you'll likely sleep through the film, and won't bother watching it again. Or you won't even finish it.
