Cities in Change: Berlin is not a conventional television documentary, but a cinematic feature which explores the atmosphere in present-day Berlin. The two structural mainstays of the film are, first, images that capture and also symbolise the current mood in Berlin, and second, interviews with artists, politicians, representatives of various subcultures and with ordinary people on the streets.
