The film captures a meeting of poets on Bezděz Mountain. The autumn pilgrimage was attended by Egon Bondy and several young followers of the Romantic poet Karel Hynek Mácha. The film was preceded by a radio series of Mácha's documents and poems, followed by a speech from Egon Bondy addressed to the young poets in attendance.
