Overdose: Vágta egy Álomért

A Slovak-Hungarian scrap metal dealer paid 2000 guineas for a nameless ugly runt of a horse, which is now worth 200 times as much, and could well be the fastest horse on Earth. The miracle manifests itself as a galloping horse in a country where the economy is weak, its national identity at a low ebb. In the wake of the unbeatable Overdose, deep emotions rise unexpectedly, mingling with obscure business interests. The film portrays a community's feelings and reactions from the victim's viewpoint – here in Hungary, where horse racing is in the doldrums, and in those European countries where the sport of kings is still part of the culture.
