In the midst of attempting to end his life, Richie gets a call from his sister, asking him if he can look after his niece, Sophia, for a few hours. Richie decides to cancel his plans, and spends the evening with Sophia. But Sophia has preconceived notions of who Richie is, and Richie has to overcome this perception, even though he lacks social graces. (Prague Short Film Festival)

Der Kurzfilm Curfew zeichnet sich vor allem durch seine Ehrlichkeit und seine sympathische Besetzung aus. Es spielt keine Rolle, dass es sich um eine einfache Geschichte handelt, denn jeder weiß, dass die Schönheit in der Einfachheit liegt. Das Beste war natürlich die "Bowling-Szene".

I can imagine watching this story longer. Great acting performances, and a very touching story. A film with a duration of a single sitcom episode presents a story you will not want to forget.
