Is the Earth’s future really so dark? Behind closed doors multinational corporations and politicians sign agreements on compromises between the needs of industry and the preservation of a healthy climate. The short film Journey, Yard, Collapse, Quiet by German director, screenwriter and cameraman Kai Miedendorp, shows us two versions of life after a total collapse. At least in one of them there is a glimmer of hope that in the future some people will take care of the green oasis, even though it might be situated inside a mountain of steel.
