Der Rächer

When rancher John Benedict returns home, he finds that his family has been murdered and all of his cattle stolen by a man named Tarp. John is determined to avenge his family and bribes the warden of a prison to release some dangerous convicts whom he employs for the job. The gang attempts an attack of Tarp but if fails, and instead of trying again, the disinterested criminals shoot John and leave him for dead as they scatter to enjoy their new-found freedom. A woman named Elizabeth finds the wounded John and nurses him back to health. After he has recovered, John ignores Elizabeth's protests and resumes his plan for revenge. (Verleiher-Text)
